While it may be hard to tell here, these pieces versioned heavily – not only by the type of PRO account but also by segment. Each piece could have up to 10 messaging versions which were all created in one shell. I introduced a new way of templating these projects which included heavy use of layers and variable text. The new templates cut down production time, so significantly in fact, that we were yielding 70% profit margins per piece.
See the maps? Those maps were graphically illustrated for every single Grand Opening and were map/location specific. In order too accomplish such a huge feat on an extremely condensed timeline, I created actions and a library of drag and drop elements to help automate the process.
